Not happy!!!

I cooked myself a yummy lemongrass chicken and jasmine rice dinner last night - and took the leftovers in to work for lunch, along with my daily can of caffeine free diet coke ....

All excited about my lunch - I go to the fridge ... there is my chicken in its container - and NO DRINK :x :x :x

Thieving in the workplace totally cheeses me off!!!

As I cannot have caffeine, I take my own drink to work everyday .....

trust me - reports have been sent .... I did a bit of an investigation in bins - but the can has not been found ......

I am thirsty

I would  but we have an open office policy - no one sits in a closed in office ....... and I gave myself the smallest cubicle - figuring the staff I have need a bigger one than me 8)

I'm sure it is the principle of the whole theft that is annoying.

Start letting it be known that you spit in your food so if someone steals your food they're eating your spit.

As far as a canned drink - I learned to keep those at my desk and pour them over ice.

must be a slow day at buffettnews . . . we need tour dates!

everyone in my office thinks it is hysterical that I just learned someone from Australia got their soda stolen . . . . too funny!

what a crazy world.

I got cut off this morning. That is my story . . . sticking to it.

Kind of a slap in the face to "real" victims of real crime, but still not cool that someone took your stuff.

Next time you have a cold, lick the lids of your soda and then when they drink it they'll get sick too and you can track the culprit.

Some time back, I put half of a sandwhich back in the communual fridge "for later." When later came, I went back to get the sandwich and it was gone! :o I taped a note to the now empty spot in the fridge that said

"TO THE LOW LIFE DIRT BAG THAT STOLE THE 1/2 HAM AND SWISS SANDWICH . . . JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, I LICKED ALL SURFACES OF THE SANDWICH BEFORE I PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE. I HOPE YOU ENJOYED! OH YEAH, THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE JUST CALLED, THE TEST RESULTS ARE BACK AND I HAVE MONO."

That might be your view that it is a slow day ....... I am talking on the principle ... I have had 50.00 lifted from my purse at work before .... its annoying. It is stealing .. pretty damn simple.

Ya know there are things that can be put on the lid of the can
that when dry can't be seen..

they will give the thief something to think about..

as well as a case of Diarrea......
of course it may not be legal...
but.... 8) 8) 8)

Oh yeah.. not that I would do that..

That happened where I used to work. It seems that a "person" helped themselves to everybody's lunch. One person made brownies with e-lax. People have been fired for this. The lunch was taken, and over the next couple of days the stealing stopped. Smaybe they realized the error of their ways. Smaybe they couldn't steal from the bathroom!
