There's nothing in that link that has to do when he starts. And if there is I don't know why anyone would want to read all 6 pages.

Has anyone gone to the Jazz Fest site? It might say it.

The schedule will not be released on the official Jazz Fest webiste until closer to the event - sign up for email updates. They will let you know when the daily schedules or "cubes" are posted. However, JustDucky is right - he is always the last event on the stage for that day, about 5:00 or so.

Perhaps they just might want to meet up with some other BN'ers who are going.

Ahhhh. Well, the question was about what time, not about who was going. And there was nothing in there about what time.

That's all.

I'm certainly not going on Thursday. I'd never waste my time or money on Sheryl Crow - especially her little Katrina bandwagon ***** now. Her and Widespread - a good day to stay away.

Wow, no one really knows what time he went on in 2006?

Generally Jazz Fest will post show times a few weeks before the Fest starts. And most of the time the big names are late in the day. As for coming in on Friday or Sat... I am a Jazz Fest regular and New Orleanian and would strongly encourage you to come and spend as much time as you can in our great city. Seriously though I think you would do better coming in Friday night and getting to the fair grounds as soon as they open Sat morning. If it is anything like 2006 (last time Bubba played) you will want to get in early. Hope that helps.

Jimmy will be the last show of the day on that stage...430-5ish. BUT....if you think you are going to roll in mid-afternoon, you will find yourself farther back than the worst lawn seat you ever had...

Get there when the gates open and camp out in front of the Acura stage all day!
