As I was re-watching the "Live in Anguilla" DVD, it occurred to me that Jimmy and the Coral Reefers usually dress the same way for every show, no matter where they are.
Jimmy always is shoeless these days with shorts, a T-shirt and wrist bands. Usually, it is only JB and Utley in shorts; I don't think I've ever seen Mac wear shorts during a performance.
If I were performing with Jimmy -- especially on a beach in Anguilla -- I'd definitely be wearing shorts (I wear them year 'round, anyhow). Makes me wonder if there is some kind of informal dress code for the Reefers in concert....

We thought it particularly hysterical to see 'Uncle' Jim in jeans and black boots on the beach that day! I mean, Peter had jeans on, but at least he wore flip-flops!!

Anyway, yes they have a wardrobe department (3 people I think) and the lead woman has been doing the CRB wardrobe for many years. I am leaving her name off, because I don't know if I should or not. But she pretty much chooses the clothes (with Jimmy) and designs and alters the stuff to make a lot of it custom ; plus they also take care of the laundry and repair for the stage clothes...
Even the stuff that looks like regular clothes (t-shirts, etc) is chosen by wardrobe. They usually have like 3 or 4 different outfits for each person to wear.

OK I'm outta here.
The real question is: Boxers, Briefs or Commando or does wardrobe not command that kind of control.
The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.
