Along the lines of the themed bathroom thread, I thought I'd post pics of the tiki bar I've built in my basement. It's not pure tiki, but more my idea of the kind of bar I like to hang out in. We've been building for about a year and a half or so, and it's constantly changing, but it's my favorite place in the whole house and helps me get through the winter months, landlocked as we are.

Let's see pictures of everybody else's home bar! I'll show you mine. Please show me yours.

I started it three years ago, this will be the fourth summer, and it's become an interest for my clients as well as friends. Everyone wants to know what's new with FlemingoKey this year!

Well, for '08 I'll be adding a flatscreen and a DirecTv box as well. Meet the Mets and Johan at my place this summer!

I'm working on something in the corner of the basement family room - part island/ part aviation theme.

I'll post a pic when it looks like a bar.

My wife has ruled out a stage and a pole.
