Delaware plate number 6 from when tags were black with white numbers and were made of ceramic went on sale this weekend. They were expecting it to sell for a million.

in 2002, the third country national laborers in that part of the world were making about $10 a WEEK for working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week..... the difference between rich and poor is staggering....
