When you think of Jimmy Buffett what comes to mind?

It used to be Key West.

Now for some reason I think of France, wine, literature, lox and bagels.

So what is your word association? I want to know.

Warm waters and blue skies. With gorgeous women and buckets full of cold beer.
Today is the tomorrow you spent yesterday worrying about. Was it worth it?

Trips to the Caribbean.... and getting my blood pressure taken.

Whenever I need to have my blood pressure taken I picture myself on a beach with palm trees and water gently lapping and Jimmy Music playing.

I swear the test comes out better :P

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

I think about good people, and opening my first beer around 8 am while breakfast is cooking on the grill.

Oh, and sometimes I wonder what exactly is going on in this picture....

Travel. But not the lame all inclusive stay secluded from the "others" type of travel. I mean the real stuff, where you get lost and hitchhike and sleep in train stations and don't shower for days on end and are scared you may not be able to get home because you stayed past the return date and are running really low on money but still just can't seem to call it quits because it feels like you are finally living and are afraid if you do go home you may never be able to this again, but then somewhere deep inside you reminds you that you have been in this situation before and you have returned, but that to a different adventure because now you are more seasoned and experienced with the tribulations of what it really means to travel.

I think it may be time for another walkabout - soon.
