You'll probably be ok but just be cautious (Hint: bring a gun) - only kidding
I have been drunk now for over two weeks,
Passed out and I rallied and I sprung a few leaks...

The safety factor will be well in place as well. Between the Toyota staff & the Bridgeview PD....the want nothing negative to come out of this weekend.

One note of caution: They will be checking for tickets as you enter the lots. Tinley never did this. It is to discourage pholks that may just be coming to party. Remember, their lots are nowhere near the size of Tinley. Not sure that this is a wise thing, IMHO, but........ :-?
That's good to hear.

In Detroit they told us to have tickets ready as you pulled into the lot....then never checked for them. I don't mind that they check, but there are a fair amount of people that want to pick up a seat or dump extras at the show.

Let's do our part too and bring some trash bags. They passed them out in Cincy as you enter the lot, yet our lot was filled with garbage after the show. :x

They are on my list of things to bring. I also mentioned to the folks at the venue that they needed to have lots of areas for garbage.

Pfff The area isn't that bad. Don't get lost in the neighborhood and you're fine. There are worse places to be.
The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.

Edit... that's why I'll take my destroyed ticket with me :) (I can't get in with it but at least I'll get into the lot...)

Dave, I read something you posted in the Thursday thread about buying ice there? What's the story with that? And good luck with the ticket.

We got caught in the crossfire of a drug deal gone bad in New Orleans. If it wasn't sooooo much trouble, I would bring my gun. However, Illinois is not a state that recognizes my concealed carry permit. I also can't carry anywhere alcohol is served. No worries, though. Heck, Tinley is in Joilet! :D

Take a look at the venue website (www.toyotapark.com) and click on parking info, then click on the parking lot map for the event--it does show concession areas selling ice.

Mac's show? I thought that was last Friday July 18th in Crystal Lake? Is it this Friday July 25th?
