I see a few others booking at Holiday Inn Express, we have 2 rooms so far. I am usually the one who puts the Buffett trip together, maybe this year me and the Mrs will just go by ourselves and meet some people from the board!

Sounds like Holiday Inn will be where the party is at!

For whatever reason, before BN I had gone to LiveNation to see if they listed prices yet, and saw the pre-sale info!! Cool!!

Looking like Chicago will be the first stop on our road trip for the summer. First time we will tailgate in Chicago and I can't wait!
Chicago -> Indy -> Detroit (Kenny), should be a blast! Will definitely have to bring along the tiki bar.

Is there a password or anything needed for the presale? One thing I have found with pre-sales in the past is that they don't offer the best tickets. They use the pre-sale to sell off some of the "not so good" tickets first. However, with Jimmy I don't think they will have to worry about selling out.

typically you need a password to access a screen to purchase tickets before everyone else . . . thats all. You'll click on the link to purchase tickets and then they will mention entering a password.
The tickets are blocked out so there may only be a few thousand available if that. Once they are gone they are gone. The rest are released at the regular sale time.

The presales I've seen usually have seats scattered throughout the venue, they're not just the best seats. The problem is, if you get a so-so presale ticket, do you throw it back and hope for a better seat at the regular sale? Decisions, decisions....

Really, some of the best seats I have gotten for shows have come through a presale. I had second row in Pittsburgh and 18th in Columbus.

Thank you, I see the pre-sale information at Live Nation. I assume I want to have an account with Live Nation same as I do with Ticketmaster to purchase tickets?

I thought I saw here a question about suites.
Here is the answer I got today.
Thank you for your interest. The only suites available at this time are our Full Season Executive Suites. This includes tickets & access to your Suite for all public stadium events including: all Chicago Fire games, all Chicago Fire Playoff games, International soccer matches, concerts, high school and NCAA sporting events, and additional community events. For more information on Full Season Suites, please call 888.MLS.FIRE and select the “Premium Seating” option.
Please note that single event suites are not guaranteed for any events at TOYOTA PARK. Prices will vary on suite size and event ticket costs. For more information, please call Scott Zissman at 708.496.6802.
Anyone with the Live Nation password yet???

I'll be going to the Saturday concerts with a few local friends and relatives, but always look forward to reaquainting with lots of my BN friends - and meeting many more for the first time.
Phins up.
