Cloudy and humid, but no rain. The sun even made an appearance a couple of times. Saw a buffetnews.com sign in the blue lot. Time for bed.

Interesting day!!!

We met at the Square in East Troy, had 20 cars in our caravan...we drove towards the venue, encontered the first parking nazi at the Bowers Rd intersection. Told him that we had 20 cars, he said OK, let SEVEN of us through, then started shuffling other cars in with us. From this point on, my phone was constantly on the go...calls and texts back into the line. We got to the gate and they put us into the BLUE lot instead of our normal YELLOW. Shannon had come late, so she didn't make it to the square, but somehow managed to pass us and got in ahead of us. She pulled off to the side once inside the gates, and then we all did the same, as our group was now split into about 6 smaller groups. 2 of our cars got forced into the Yellow Lot, the rest into blue. Eventually we re-grouped and got parked and had a fabulous time!!!!

Tons of fun in the parking lot, a good show, and the rain stayed away from NOON until MIDNIGHT!!! Perfect timing!!!!

I have friends that work at Alpine Valley and they do there best. No need to call them a nazi.

Glad you all had a great time. My mom went last nite and had a great time. :)

We just got the feeling that they didn't want to be there, didn't care for the Parrotheads, and did everything they could to be uncooperative.

By the way, it was the WALWORTH COUNTY SHERIFFS, not the Alpine parking people, that caused us the problems.

To my group:

I ended up with a spoon and cutting board that didn't belong to me. Anyone?
