We'll be heading down from ND to Alpine. Staying in Jaynesville Saturday night, not sure if we'll be there Friday. The pre-parties all sound fun!

It's been awhile since I've been on this forum. In fact, I couldn't even remember my log in so I had to create another. (CRS)

I was hoping JB would come back and play Minneapolis...but he's slackin'. I am looking forward to an outdoor Buffett concert, however! (never been)

I think I'll try to get some lawn tickets since I'm buying 6. Save the real money for drinkin!

Are any of you PHP Club members? Which ones?

Ok, I will be patient........I still have lots of partying on the patio before this concert gets underway. Ryan, you and Shelli have to come over sometime and have some drinks at our tropical fashioned backyard. I can't wait to drag everything out and lounge around.

Hey everyone.... Getting ready for Monday?????

-- Big things are in the works for the Friday Pre-Party out at Hemingway's in Lake Geneva... Making this Parrothead Ball bigger and better than the previous years....

Stay tuned!!!! I will post information as soon as given the word that it is confirmed..

I think Best Western Janesville is still going to have something going on there, but the big party will be in Lake Geneva... If you decide to stay in Janesville, you can still get a drink-n-drive free bus ride to Lake Geneva and back Friday night

I found out last night I qualified for a club ticket from our P.H.C. :D :D :D
I was a bit worried because this year the club is only getting 38 tickets, so when I got the news last night, I was pretty happy. Now I don't HAVE to go on line Monday, but if anyone would like a little help, I'll be happy to try.

So this year, it'll be Alpine and two in Chicago. I guess that means my step daughter will just have to stay here an extra week. 8)

Unfortunately, due to other things going on here, there'll be no Dallas or (if he goes there) Hawaii shows for me in 2008.

***UPDATE***
Ok, just got the call, it is confirmed and okay for me to announce....

Mac McAnnaly will be playing at Hemingway Port of Call/South of Disorder bar in Lake Geneva for the pre-party Friday.

Tickets for Mac's show (which will be outdoors), will be $15.00 at the door. This will include admission to the bar, where other bands will be playing as well. Just admission to the bar will be $5.00.

If you choice to ride the bus from Best Western in Janesville to the show, It will be $16.00 in advance/18.00 at the door, and will include the Mac show.

The band line-up for the bar is South of Disorder Band, The Whaleshark, and Mr. Myers.

(this is all fresh news, and subject to change slightly, so please don't hold me to the gospel quite yet, but all should be a go)..

For more information or to book your bus ride and/or ticket for Mac, go to http://www.volcanoexpress.com
Keep up to date on the bar's website also: http://74.53.30.200/sodb/

and the South of Disorder website: http://www.southofdisorderband.com/inde ... N=77770219

Steve, if your around this part of the woods, correct me if I am wrong on any of this, or feel free to confirm my information...

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE THERE!!!!!

We are all for that! Just let us know when. We are working on all of the details for the bus trip. Going to be even better this year. Tickets are selling fast. If you know anyone else that you think would like to come let me know.

Alpine does not allow camping. They will ask you to leave the parking lot as soon as the lines die down and the rest of the folks have left.
Thank you.

Assuming I can convince my husband.....how far is it from Milwaukee?....I can get a really good flight for not a lot of money.... :D
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

I am so glad I don't have to deal with Ticketmaster anymore for Alpine tickets.

I do, however, wish everyone good luck today with ticket buying! Should be interesting to see how fast it sells out.
