Possibility of flooding in low lying kiddie pools. Extreme hot air masses in some areas (especially if you're standing too close to the grill)!

I got nervous watching the weather last night..he said a 40% chance of rain..........then this morning it all changed to 69 and partly cloudy. I will take that any day over rain!!!!

The weather is here! after a few drinks everyone will be beautiful.
For those who live in Charlotte - have you seen that Little Feat and Peter Mayer Group are coming to the Neighborhood theater?

Also, I have Springsteen tickets I have been trying to sell. Unfortunately, I learned of my final exam schedule after I purchased the tickets and have not been able to sell them. Anyone interested or know of someone, PM me and I will be more than happy to meet up with you to deliver the tickets. I am certainly not trying to make a buck and even happy to negotiate on them so they don't go to waste.

I almost wish Jazz Fest wasn't next weekend...it would have been really cool to have Jimmy make an appearance with Pete and LF. My first Buffett show was in Williamsburg VA at the William and Mary Stadium. Little Feat opened for him and then came out during the show.... it was awesome!!

We will be at Peter Mayer.

If you can make it next Wednesday night, Jake's show at the Neighborhood will be truly inspirational. We sat in the second row last year, ten feet away (also sat front row for Mac and Fingers) and we were truly blown away by Jake's prowess. Mrs. TTG is looking forward to Wednesday night as much as Tuesday night.

And, I just saw Susan Tedeschi last Friday night at the neighborhood. She is an absolutely incredible guitar player and a smoky, soulful, belting it strong blues singer. (she had a great sax player and bass guitarist in the band as well)

Throw in a great tailgate in Columbia this Sat afternoon and night for KC and Brooks & Dunn with field seats and its a heckuva musical run over a 30-day period!
