If Chicago is 7/24, 7/26 and INDY is 7/29, Doesnt this make CINCY on 7/31 A lock????????

Unfortunately, I am only one humble practioner of the profession, leaving me unable to speak for the bulk of my brethren and sistren. However, it could be due to the fact we bill our clients in 1/10th of an hour increments which leads us to be circumlocuitous both in speaking and writing.
