Don't know what to say about that except get there early to make sure your "prepaid guaranteed spot" is available.....
We got there at 8am and didn't have any problems. Plenty of spots to choose from! The early bird catches the premium parking spots!

true dat...
didn't a bunch of us meet at Ikea and caravan in?
That is correct!
I do remember that, in 2005! We all met at Ikea and tried to go in together, we had a large line of cars as part of the BN crew and when we got to the gate for the lot they split us up. 1/2 of us ended up at a top lot while the other half were in a lower lot.
Philly was OK but i wouldn't be in a rush to go back.

Last year, blackjack and I traveled out to Pittsburgh and hooked up with the Steel City Phins (Holy CR@P can they party). They had made up signs that they put in everyone's front windows that said "STEEL CITY PHINS FAN CLUB CARAVAN CAR # 1,2,3..." The parking lot attendants saw these and let us all park in our own little group.
When we got back to the Camden show 3 days later, I printed up signs for our caravan that said "OFFICIAL BUFFETTNEWS.COM CARAVAN CAR #1,2,3...." and everyone who met at the hotel put them in their windows. When we got to the lot, after a little convincing, blackjack got the parking lot guys to open up a unopened lot and let us park where ever we wanted to because we were, afterall, the OFFICIAL BUFFETTNEWS.COM CARAVAN" I will print up these signs again for all of us meeting at IKEA so we don't get separated again.

Worked like a charm is putting it mildly!
It was awesome parking right on the water!
And it was a true BN caravan!
The parking guys didn't know what to do with the caravan as we all pulled in with our official BN caravan vehicle signs with numbers for each vehicle.
I remember the look of surprise on the parking guy's eyes as they started to glaze over.
Then there was a brief walkie-talkie conversation with the parking guy and the head of parking and it was a done deal!
