some obvious advice:

If you want to go to both shows get your Saturday tickets first. Those will be 5 times harder to get than the thursday show. Both will be sold out before noon . . . and then there will be plenty of others release in the months coming.
Noon... are you kidding?? They'll both be sold out by about 10:20. Then about 10:30 there will be a handful, when credit cards get rejected. Then that's it until they start releasing them a few months later....

I wish I trusted the late releases. Bird in the hand and all that. I always end up buying an extra ticket that's better than my first one. I just can't relax until I KNOW I at least have a ticket.
the one good thing about GW is it's much less likely you'll get stuck with an extra you can't sell if you find a better one than what you have

Last year we had so many people bail out at the last minute we couldn't GIVE the tickets away. It was bad, fortunately they all paid those of us who bought them but it was a real waste. This year the core group decided, "you want them you buy them yourself"

I was thinking the EndZone, we can set up shop in the parking lot behind there and wait for the police.

well . . . the State Troopers did "allow" us all to drink and drive from the End Zone down to P10 which (with the turn around) was close to a mile . . .

what's another town or two over, right?

I think that most New England Parrot Heads would agree that Vermont people should back off until like a week before the show where they pick up the crap left over. I mean seriously Dawg - - - I like you; we have had some great conversations but you do live in the only New England state without an ocean and this is Buffett . . . so I am glad you understand and good luck on those lawn seats!

If I make the return trip to MA, I'll go to this show instead of Thursday. I can do this one without wasting a vacation day.

Not sure if you're serious but if you're not, I would suggest the Shaws on Route 140 just before the 495 junction (if you're coming from the 95 exit of Route 140).
Don't know if it is the same place but the past several years we have all met at a plaza just past Great Woods on the left. There is a supermarket and a McDonald's there. It is a perfect meeting spot. Easy to find, a big lot so we can park out front and wait for everyone to arrive, a supermarket in case you forgot something which also sells booze and you have the McDonald bathrooms for those last minute needs.......
