Guess we are not talking about the same one....... lots of sailors and a pretty rough dockyard area?

I actually live near Chicoppe, MA, SkyBus flies to Westover Airport there. Their website calls it Hartford (Chicopee)..I live about 15-20 minutes from the airport.

I now live in Portsmouth..... And I used to live in Isle of Wight. Neither are the ones you live in, however, no shoes!

You hear very little about IOW, Virginia, here on the original island. Maybe we should start a twinning society!

It always seems a little odd to me, to call a place, Isle of Wight when it is not actually an island. Looking at some of the local websites some of the areas also have the same names as areas on the island.

How far apart are Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight in Virginia?
