If you like Cuban food, El Siboney is the place to go. Not much on the atmosphere but who cares, because the food is absolutely magnificent.
Amen to that! As long at that place is around, I'll be stopping there every time I go to KW!

Just about everywhere in KW, Turtle Kralls, Hogs Breath etc. There are always dogs at the bar and wandering the Afterdeck at Louie's. Dog beach is right next door.

Was at Louies last year for drinks on the Afterdeck. Great atmosphere and good drinks. I looked at the menu and it was $$$. Somehow I don't think it is the same as it was when Jimmy hung there. It does seem a little "trendy" now. We will be back down this April for a long weekend but I don't think Louie's will be on the list of places to go.

Not in the same class of restaurant but I agree that the Rum Barrel was fun and the food was good. We ate on the rooftop deck. Great bartender (wish I could remember his name.) Turned me on to some unbelievable rums.

Kelly's was very good. food was excellent and service was wonderful. not on the water but the trees growing through the outside deck was very tropical feeling. i still think the best tasting food i had in key west was the conch fritter guy on mallory square....damn they were good.
