BlackJack: Great line! I was saying to my friend Desdemona...no, no , that's not it -- I recently said to a friend of mine that "I've always been a Buffett fan, but he helped turn me into a ParrotHead." Now he's cranky that I'm that much more into than he is. ("You're going to drive ALL the way to Pittsburgh for a concert?") Tee-Hee, wait'll they all find out about 'MargaritaStock'!

...we are (INDEED) the people...

reverend jim held mass and kicked •••. jimmy's show in st. louis was no doubt one of his best. i am convinced after nearly drowning at alpine valley a few years ago that jb loves the rain. fingers taylor made a big mistake relinquishing command to the great clint black. he was phenominal and added much more than fingers did. however mac is still sorely missed as a reefer. jimmy's set list this time was the best i've seen. hopefully he will continue to drop more greatest hits for older, "lost" songs like "island" and "that's what living is to me." long live bubba!

Great show in St. Louis. It stormed really bad, but it was still a great show!!

There were many great songs played that I wanted to hear such as: Growing Older but not up, Treat her like a lady, and Island.

The strangest thing about the concert was that Buffett didn't take a break! No intermission at all!! When's the last time that happened?

I really like some of the changes in the set list, but I still feel so sad for all you pholks who were not able to be at Nissan on Thursday night to hear No Woman, No Cry. I still can't believe I actually heard it, but I did. I just bought a t-shirt which reads: "Growing old is enevitable. Growing up is an option". So you know I loved seeing Growing Older But Not Up on the list. Hope I get tickets for Merriweather Post next month and the set list is similar.

Outstanding concert in St.Louis, We got soaked
with rain and liquor, But we loved every minute of it.
He played all of the hits.... Many of my friends
said it reminded them of a "Mini-Woodstock" concert. Kick ••• !!

Roger Guth is the most solid drummer I have heard in a long time. What a Groove !!

went to St. Louis, I must have been on the other side of something, cause it didn't storm so bad where we were. wish they hadn't oversold the place, but the music was great, been a fan since back in the seventies and have four generations of fans in the family

Best JB show since Riverport opened in June of 90. JB did introduce Mr. Utley however the crowd had not settled down from the introduction of the St Louis Coral Reefers! JB did not break for intermission due to the weather. Lucky for us! Big news story Wed AM in the Post and on TV was if fans were endangered by not postponing the concert start - saw a funnel cloud above while parking the car - oh well, we were all fine. Fins up!

I just wanted to say that St. Louis was my first ever Jimmy Buffett concert. My husband and I discovered him 2 years ago, and now we can't believe that SYKBH was EVER our favorite CD! Live and learn! We WILL be back, it was the single best concert I have ever been to!
