4 seats close to the stage, perfect. Then Ticketmaster errors during the payment process with my card on file in their system. You lose your tickets when they do that. Well I'll keep trying despite the fact that I've NEVER been able to get tickets to GW for one of Jimmy's shows.
Just had to vent my frustrations, for a minute I thought I was going to be there and have a good seat, Ticketmaster sucks.

Had two tickets via computer for Saturday and two over the phone for Thursday. But the phone is automated and my phone only lets you type in so many characters. Once I ran out of space and couldn't do anything else, they simply dropped my call. Those tickets lost. On the computer, I needed a password for an account that I didn't even knew that I had. Once I figured it out, it was too late--those tickets lost as well.
