Tailgate Info!

Tarheel Tail-Gator and I are offering to handle the Tail-Gate itself:

We are going with a KISS philosophy: While we want to do it right, it's more about the BNers who are participating and providing an opportunity for phellowship and phun.

We will grill with burgers, brats, and dogs. And some low-country boil thrown in too!

Condiments
+ Sides???
Cost of $10.00 per person (any leftover $$$ will be used to buy water and/or donate to a local charity)
We will bring a grill (or two or three), bring a few tables, and handle the grilling.

We'll use a PayPal account and those who want to participate will need to pre-pay, so we have an accurate number and can have the right amount of food. (We'll also accept additional $5 contributions for ice to help out those who are traveling)

Whatever anyone wants to contribute for snacks and desserts


Everyone is on their own for beverages, chairs, entertainment (Tarheel Tail-Gator will bring ladder golf).

Finally, we will need locals to bring a fair amount of coolers, so those traveling in will not have to worry about finding a temporary place to keep their beverages cold.

Note: We are maxed out for paid tailgate participants. If you have not paid or made arrangements to pay you can still join us, but you'll have to bring your own food.

For the contact list, please E-Mail the following information to Tarheel Tail-Gator (copy and paste into an e-mail would be the easiest). He will put the list together and e-mail it out a week before the concert, and send a final list out the Thursday before the concert (hopefully with the addition of maps from gingerbreadman).

The contact list was mailed out on Sunday by Tarheel Tail-Gator... and it's likely that the final version will be mailed out on Thursday night.

Not completely sure where we will end up, but the plan is for the bus to get there at least and hour before the gates open, and when they let us in we'll head toward the VIP parking lot.

With Mohegan definite because of the Margaritaville opening, there is one inside show, and if an MSG show is announce in NYC there is another...

Hoping for a COlumbia show! Since the University is now letting concerts take place at Williams Brice Stadium I am hoping Jimmy will think that a 84,000 seat stadium is big enough for him!! :lol:
