I booked 2 rooms for Fri adn Sat.....the first one was last night at $99/night and the second was this morning at $109/night....Tarheel Tail-Gator wrote:It's a Hyatt Place that's behind the Bahama Breeze.Carolinadreamin' wrote:Keets are onboard for this one......so I'm going to need a bunch of tickets and I just booked 1 more room at the Hilton......![]()
If anyone needs a room there, the price went up $10 since 5 pm yesterday.I think the Hyatt is on the other side of Bahama Breeze and Matt loved the flat screens....
You may have more success with rates booking the Hilton for Friday and Saturday vs. Friday
I'll check out the Hyatt tonight....
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

That Hyatt Place is nice! Big Clean rooms! They have a food counter open 24 hrs for the late night drunk munchies. I'd seek out one of those in future travels.Carolinadreamin' wrote:I booked 2 rooms for Fri adn Sat.....the first one was last night at $99/night and the second was this morning at $109/night....Tarheel Tail-Gator wrote:It's a Hyatt Place that's behind the Bahama Breeze.Carolinadreamin' wrote:Keets are onboard for this one......so I'm going to need a bunch of tickets and I just booked 1 more room at the Hilton......![]()

The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.

When I checked last night it was $99/night, then I tried the AAA rate and it was $89.10/night. They had a lower rate, either $75 or $79, I don't remember, but that had to be prepaid and was nonrefundable.Carolinadreamin' wrote:I booked 2 rooms for Fri adn Sat.....the first one was last night at $99/night and the second was this morning at $109/night....Tarheel Tail-Gator wrote:It's a Hyatt Place that's behind the Bahama Breeze.Carolinadreamin' wrote:Keets are onboard for this one......so I'm going to need a bunch of tickets and I just booked 1 more room at the Hilton......![]()

We have to have brunch on Sunday at Bogarts! The food was awesome and it was a really cool place! They had a live jazz band playing and there are old black and white pics all over and they were playing an old Bogie movie on a big screen!

Well, any friend of her's is a friend of mine! Looking forward to it.crowderpea wrote:I had the pleasure of meeting Dori last year at Nissan. She was awesome and a big help, as that was my first Buffett concert ever. Been a wild year this past year and I fell out of touch but I'm looking forward to getting back in the phlock.

Group Tickets to Raleigh
I noticed on the LiveNation's Walnut Creek website that they sometimes offer advanced group sales of lawn tickets. I did this once before at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Maryland.
Is anyone living in Raleigh interested in spearheading this for a Buffett News members?
From LiveNations website:
Group Sales
o Groups of 20 or more should contact the venue Box Office at 919-831-6400.
