Now I'm off to an 11 am wedding, immediately followed by a no-alcohol reception. Can't wait. whee. woo-hoo. yay.
Oh well, today is Christmas eve, eve, eve, eve, eve, eve, eve, eve, eve, eve.

Did one of those about a month ago. I don't recommend it.
We'll both catch up in about 10 days.

Nick Lidstrom bringing the 2008 Stanley Cup Trophy onstage for Jimmy to sip from.
Rasheed Wallace coming onstage and GARROTEEING they'll be finishing off the LA Lakers tomorrow night in the 2008 NBA finals. (Why do I get a feeling Sheed
gets Jimmy!
Manager Jim Leyland coming out on stage dressed as a pirate & leading the fins to the right & left for the AL Central leading Detroit Tigers. (Puffing away on a Marlboro cig all the while of course).
Detroit Lion GM Matt Millen coming onstage with Jimmy for "Slow Boat to China" and at the conclusion of the song the word comes down that the Lions REALLY ARE putting Millen on that Slow Boat to China!!
Well, it's opphicial....they'll be no Rasheed coming in laying down any NBA smack and No Jimmy Leyland coming in riding high in the AL Central. But STILL holding out for the Lord Stanley's Cup making an appearence!!
GO WINGS!!!

Hell, I may even have the tile done in the newly remodeled kitchen
Also, Brandon doesn't know it yet but he'll be hooking up the new surround sound system in the living room so we can put Jimmy on the new 50"

The Weather Channel forecast for June 10....
partly cloudy, 28 degrees
that's 82 for the U.S. Americans
I'm predicting that the forecast will change to thunderstorms, then to sunny, then windy & cool, then warm & humid, then chance of hail and then clear. It's Michigan -- check back about 9 p.m. on June 9 if you want a decent forecast for June 10.

Thanks for the invite but I'm not sure yet. It depends if my hockey
watching buddy has to work tomorrow night or not. I tried to talk
Capt. Ron into going over to your place, but he thinks
he's going to Hockeytown tomorrow night.

Hey everybody,
I spent the better part of Sat and Sunday
in the tunnel and on the bridge trying to return home from Windsor after the Red Bull Air Races.
Thurs and Fri were much easier veiwing from the Detroit side!
I'm busy entertaining out of town relatives all this week and weekend
(not the Parrothead type), and won't be attending any of the events.
Diane's still on crutches following her knee surgery,
so I'll have my hands full!
I have posted in the ticket exchange an ad for two good seats at face + fees ($330 for both) that a friend of mine can't use , and one lawn seat at face that we can't use.
If anyone is interested pm me.
Thanks.
