How long to receive hard tickets?

Post by Littleskatersmom »

Bought Nissan Pavilion tickets last Friday - ended up with tickets to each show, so I want to unload a pair - how long do you think it will be before I receive them in the mail? I know they "guarantee" the tickets will arrive no less than 2 weeks before the event... but I'm sure they arrive sooner, right?

Much sooner usually. I have hard tickets in hand for the Chicago show on July 26th already. They send an email when they print them, you'll get them a few days after that.

I scored large for Philly. I've never bought from CCT before. Anyone know how long before the show they send out hard tix?

According to ComastTix the Philly show tickets were printed last week. Not sure when they plan on mailing or if they send an e-mail like TM does. I haven't received mine yet but anticipate them within the next week. If you had set up an account on CCT then you should be able to see if your tickets have been printed.

When I used to request hard tickets, they always came within a week or two. Just look for a plain envelope. Does not always look like an "official type" envelope.
