The ticket dump is on! Those that don't have tickets for the show I am pretty sure you are going to find some good deals, whether it is her on BN or at the Hall itself! :D

I had thoughts about going but did not want to go to AC by myself (I've done Vegas alone) so I passed on it and am hoping for Moheghan Sun. I will be in Jersey Saturday practicing my golf for my Myrtle Beach vacation in 3 weeks so I should just keep going south 8) 8)

And we still can't afford it! :pirate:

Glad we made Philly.

I feel bad for the people who truly had people cancel on them, but you KNOW there's lots of people that thought they would get rich by buying these tickets and reselling them.

Howdy everyone,

I've seen some folks posting on this thread that they plan on coming down to the Bally's Bikini Beach Bar from noon to 2 PM on Sunday to start out their day. Howard is not going to start until 2 PM so if you leave before then, you'll get stuck with nothing but listening to a Trop Rock DJ, specifically me. Now, granted, I LOVE the attention and I know you'll love the tunes but I also want to make sure everyone gets a strong dose of Howard Livingston and Mile Marker 24. Also, for those who are also hoping to win one of the five pairs of Jimmy Buffett tickets we have or one of the Bahamas cruises, we won't start giving those out til after 2 PM.

By the way, the Atlantic City Press posted a way cool article about Howard in this week's newspaper where he and Mile Marker 24 have been named "Band of the Week", details here:
http://www.pressofatlanticcity.com/141/ ... 34597.html
and also in the entertainment section here:
http://www.pressofatlanticcity.com/141/ ... 34596.html

And if you were wondering, YES, they are bringing the Johnson!

Also, don't forget the band will be at Bally's Bikini Beach Bar on Friday and Saturday night as well and I will also be with the band on Saturday night.

Now, with all of these choices, you might be asking your self, "What would Jimmy Buffett do?" Well, here's my suggestion: Come to Bally's with Howard Livingston and Mile Marker 24 with DJ Jeff Allen, stay all day long, have a great time, and hopefully win a Bahamas Cruise or better seats for the show later that night. You're gonna miss two great shows by John Frinzi and Jimmy and the Parrots just like me. I know I'm disappointed but I'll be able to see all of those guys in two weeks at Parrotpalooza 3 at Katmandu in Trenton along with Tropical Soul, John Patti, Tall Paul and Crawdaddy, Gary PhilipS, and Tequila Tom. There's some info available at http://www.pamgfa.org. Wow, I'm feeling better already!

blackjack wrote:We have quite the eclectic music weekend planned.

Friday night we have Kid Rock with Lynyrd Skynyrd and Rev. Run from Run DMC (tickets were $25 for the lawn) and then Sunday we have Frinzi and Buffett "tailgate" no JB though (tickets were not $25 for the lawn!).

See you all there.

Chef, we'll call your cell phone as we get close!
Blackjack, we'll be at kid rock and skynyrd, too (on the lawn). Should be a great show!!!

Does anyone know what the cover charges for any of the beach bars or other bars in the area are for Sunday?

I think I read that the Hilton had no cover, and I know the Duck Town is $5.00. What is Bally's how about Trump?

So blackjack, what you're saying is look for the dude doing "fins" and the wife with her head in her hands??? I'd need a lot more beer in me than I plan on having to join you (I rotate between really, really shy and really, really not!)

Take a look at my Webshots for facial recognition, say hi if you see us!

I will most likely end up at the ducktown, I just didn't want to spend most of the day inside... was looking for a place to spend the 1st 1/2 of the day
