Don't always believe the SOLD OUT sign
This past Friday myself and my wife had 2 computers logged in and ready to go at 10:00 A.M. for DTE tickets. Right at 10:00 we hit for a pair of lawnseats and then for the next hour we were shutout trying to get our friends a pair of tickets. I called DTE around noon and was told the show was SOLD OUT. So we went about our day, our friends were not so lucky and did not get tickets. So around 3:00 P.M. we tried printing out our tickets and were having a problem so we called the number that came in the e-mail from TM. While the girl was looking our info up ,I asked how fast did the show sellout today. She then replaid it was not sold out and pulled up 2 pairs of seats in the pavilion. granted they were in rows TT and VV . We then grabed the 2 in row TT for our selfs and were able to give our friend the lawn seats. Agin all this at 3:00 P.M. well after the soldout sign was hung. She instructed us that on the first day of ticket sales that some seats get kicked back into the system later in the day. So I guess the moral of the story is never give up and keep trying eventhough they have posted the soldout sign.

I guess what happens, is if people end up with double orders, ticketmaster can cancell the order. So if someone goes beyond the 6/8 ticket limit with the same address, e mail address, phone number or credit card and ticketmaster catches it, they can cancell one or all orders and then the tickets go back in to sell........
