RM was just interviewing the manager of the new resturant! Latest news is that the opening is Feb 15.
(Or slightly sooner)

I heard that too........sounds like a place to see. Don't see that happening in 2009 for us. But I have demanded a trip in 2010 for our 30th anniversary......

It's not going to happen for us in 2009, we are actually do in Marco Island with my folks the next week.
It sounds like a really nice spot....

Hey Frank, enjoy Marco! I have been there 3 times over the last 10 years or so.....Great place to relax. We love it there!

As discussed in an earlier edition of this column, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Department has strictly construed Section 25600 of the California Business and Professions Code as prohibiting the award of prizes in sweepstakes (and other) promotions.
As if to reinforce this position, several weeks ago, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Department sued Miller Brewing Company for violating the provision, after Miller attempted to conduct its annual Super Bowl Sweepstakes in California.

it is 19 degrees here right now
think I'll go have another boat drink and keep entering the contest so hopefully I can escape the frozen tundra next Feb
