Who is going to San Diego 10/16/08?

Hello SD Phans!

We are going to San Diego and plan to outdo previous years. We have a new tour bus we are really jazzed about and will be hosting a large party and possibly a band. if no band, we will have a major outdoor sound system and 30 of our closest friends, and all BNer's are of course welcome to hang.

This concert season will be wild for us....trevelling to see The Eagles, Tom Petty, The Police, Alan Jackson, Kenny Chesney, Chris Isaak and Jimmy in NYC, Boston, Vegas (TBD), and of course San Diego! We plan to make this the last summer stop and blow it out.

Stop by please! Look for a 45' black/gold country coach conversion bus with FINS BUS California plates next to a white convertible with PIRET40 plates and a bunch of gentle drunks (we are sleeping over in the lot for obvious reasons).

Too many west coast dates, not enough vacation time. We are going to see Jimmy in Boston and NYC via the plane.

It seems like a long wait...but at least I'll have something to look forward to...

...and it's official....This year, summer lasts through October...

It'll be great to see all my Parrothead friends.

It'll be great to have Jimmy coming back to the Amphitheatre here.
I'll put a call in for summer to hang around in San Diego long enough for the coconut bras, grass skirts and flip-flops to be out in full force!!

We are looking forward to seeing our hometown phlock and visiting BNer's at the show! As usual, we will be there by Noon. Hope everyone stops by and says hello and grabs a beer. I am sitting at O'Hare airport waiting for my flight home to Orange County and have to say checking Buffett News is much more fun than checking the insane number of emails I have recieved in the last 24 hours.

San Diego is going to be a ball. Hopefully Jimmy will announce Irvine by then to end the mainland tour, and would love to get Hawaii in as well. At least the Eagles next week will be awesome out in the desert and Jimmy in New York in June should be cool (Our first NYC show).

Have fun at the show and please be sure to come by. My wife Heather and I will be in rare form.

We are seeing Kenny Thursday May 29th at Coors in San Diego/Chula Vista. Our second show, we saw him last fall in Hartford the week we saw the Buffett Gillette/Boston dates.....
