WHY I HATE TICKETMASTER -- IF U BOUGHT AC TIX, U MUST READ.

It's not just the PIA that you go thru to score tix thru them, it's also the fact that you better check the status of your tix.

I figured I would call ticketmaster today when I saw the event had been pulled from the ticketmaster site (event no longer found)!

CHECK THIS OUT:

I just called ticket master to see if they could upgrade the mailing of my tix The rep said " I am sorry, I cannot locate your order". I had it pulled up on my screen -- logged in to my ticketmaster account. He went and spoke to a supervisor, came back and saifd that there have been numerous problems with the tickets for this event. A supervisor would be checking with Boardwalk Hall regarding this and getting back to me and several others who have called today.

Now, my card has been charged and they cannot find my freggin order? This is insane. I suggest you all look into your "ticket status". Perhaps we need to have a group Parrothead lawsuit against this company!

All I can say is I better have tickets in my hands to this show ASAP -- or I may beat someone with my coconut bra!JB and staff -- please feel our pain and find another ticketing company PLEASE...

unfortunately JB has NO SAY in the ticketing process. the ticketing service contract is between TM AND the venue, NOT the artist....

stuff like this is why, although I love getting hard tickets, I usually do ticketfast. Download immediately, done.

For what? If they find your order and you get your tickets, no harm, no foul. If they don't find your order and they refund your money, you've suffered no damages. End of story.

Guess I failed to mention this has happened before to a friend of mine a few years back -- still no response and never received tickets from ticketmaster.

No harm no foul, unless they screw me and several other hundred customers!! From what the rep said they have had more than a few calls about this!!

What I find funny is te event is no longer on ticketmaster -- in all my years going to his concerts I have never never seen that before -- makes me more nervous. TICKETMASTER STINKS!!

Choose TicketFast, and the tickets are in hand in a matter of minutes. About the only advantage I can see to hard tickets anymore is if, in the event of an emergency, they are easier to sell.

That being said, I hope the OP gets the whole thing figured out, attends the concert, has a great time, and is able to push this irritating turn of events far way into the lost portions of a PH mind... (Many portions of my mind are forever "lost."

I like the hard tickets... just a fear of the printer not working and for some odd reason not being able to print a second time... I checked, my tickets were printed and in the mail...

I went via phone... good luck to you...

breathe and double check everything and have all of your evidence in hand before you really blow up at them.

I wish you all the best in getting what is rightfully yours...

PS: see if your credit card company can help you as well!

well i was promised a callfro ticketmster super before 6 PM..no calls as of 10:17 PM.. by the way my card has been charged for this event.

Was able to pull up tickets for "End Stage 2" 1 minute ago. Looks like those are on the floor right in front of center stage. If only I could go.

Just to let you all know 4 phone calls to Ticketmaster (no one ever returned my call), two hours of holding and speaking to 6 different people... the situation has been addressed finally.

They "found" my ticket order and hopefully my tix will arrive on Tuesday.

My intention for the original post was to bring attention to the issue--- 'cause when the rep says "it's not just you we cannot find" -- I think about my fellow Parrotheads. Just wanted to make sure everyone is careful and pays attention when they buy from ticketbas***!!
