FanTAStic actor.
Little weird about guns, though.

I literally just copied the same article to start a thread.
A true legend of not only this time, but for all time. Fortunately so many of his great performances will be with us forever to remind us of his vast talent.

True story. My hand to the heavens ... this happened.
Mr. Mojito, my mom and I went to Los Angeles several years ago to see a Van Gough exhibit and the Getty Museum.
We went to the Polo Lounge for lunch. We sat in the room next to the garden. We saw Judy Collins, George Clooney (this was before he hit it big) and George Lucas.
My mom was not at all pleased with the sightings because there were no stars of her era to be found. Plus, the food was overpriced, undercooked and the service was just awful ...
So ... we're leaving ... my mom is just going on and on about how we came all the way to the Polo Lounge and her daughter saw all the "new" stars, and why couldn't she have seen at least one person she recognized ... and for what we paid for lunch, we could have spent a week in Hawaii and she just kept on ...
She stopped mid-gripe ... stood as still as a statue and said (in her outside voice)
OH, MY GOD ... THERE'S MOSES!
Charleton Heston was in a booth in the bar ...
He was very gracious, considering everyone, including the staff, stopped what they were doing to gawk at him and laugh at my mother ... he smiled and waved. Once my mother realized what she had done, she turned as red as a beet ... Mr. Mojito was mortified. I didn't stop laughing for days.
Never a dull moment.
