Anyone get hard tickets for Nissan in the mail yet?

Post by dbcahill »

Maybe I'm just anxious to get summer going, but I don't remember tickets taking this long (despite TM saying that it could be up to 10 days before the concert)

Did anyone order hard tickets via USPS for Nissan and receive them yet?

Thanks!

I, too, ordered tickets but have not received them yet. I don't ever remember TicketMaster getting me my tickets this soon before the concert. The tickets might also be a bit later in arriving this year because the shows are so late in the summer, as opposed to the last few years when he's played Nissan in June or July.

Glad to see others haven't received their tickets. In my household, we've been known to throw away, by mistake, ticket envelopes... been worried about this.

No tickets yet. It seemed to take forever last year so I wouldn't worry that we haven't gotten them yet. When they do show up, everyone will hear about it on the "Whose Going to Nissan" threads. :D

Sit tight and enjoy the Cherry Blossoms.

You can log in to the ticketmaster site and check the status of your order. Mine says Your tickets have been purchased and are in the process of being printed. I won't worry until it's either 2 weeks after they've been printed and mailed or 2 weeks before the show. I've only had tickets not arrive via USPS once and Ticketmaster took care of me. I called TM well after they had been mailed and they issued vouchers I picked up at Will Call and they let me right in with those.

I ordered tickets to James Taylor on 3/14 from Wolf Trap's site and had them in hand over a week ago. It isn't brain surgery to print and mail tickets. My only guess is that they hold the tickets so fools have less opportunity to lose them.

Still don't have mine...A few years ago I had to go to will call to get them. I was sweating it out for weeks. Called TM all the way up to the concert and they kept saying they mailed them. :o

Between our group we ordered ten tickets and none of us have received them yet. I guess good things come to those who wait.

Guess the handling and convenience charges don't get used for their ticket systems.

Maybe the charges are so high becuase they handle them for so long before they send them to you. Ticketmaster is a bunch of clowns.

Last year I bought hard tickets for Aerosmith at Nissan, which was Sept 30th. I got my tickets in the mail the 2nd week of August (about 6 weeks beforehand).

No need to worry.. I just heard that everyone's tickets for Nissan are on the way, but they are currently stuck in a 7 mile back up on 66 near Manassas. Should arrive by May!!!

I wouldn't worry. Even if they don't come, the worst that could hapen is you'll have to call ticketmaster and they'll void the ones they mailed and you'll have to go to will call.

I agree though, how hard is it to print tickets and mail them? I remember we went throught this last year for Nissan

Ha! I was thinking I should say that but I wasn't sure if it was too early for traffic jokes. Apparently not. :D [smilie=pimp.gif]
