A GREAT JOKE ALL AVS FANS WILL LOVE!!
In Denver, two boys are playing hockey on a pond in City Park when one is attacked by a rabid Rottweiler.
Thinking quickly, the other boy takes his stick, wedges it down the dogs collar and twists, breaking the dogs neck.
A reporter who was strolling by, sees the incident, and rushes over to interview the boy.
"Young Avalanche Fan Saves Friend From Vicious Animal," he starts writing in his notebook.
"But I'm not an Avalanche fan," the little hero replied.
"Sorry, since we are in Denver, I just assumed you were." said the reporter and starts again. "Little DU Hockey Fan Rescues Friend From Horrific Attack" he continued writing in his notebook.
"I'm not a DU fan either," the boy said.
"I assumed everyone in Denver was either for the Avs or DU. What team do you root for?" the reporter asked.
"I'm a Red Wings fan." the child said.
The reporter starts a new sheet in his notebook and writes,"Little Bastard from Detroit Kills Beloved Family Pet."

As happy as I am to FINALLY see my beloved Bruins in the playoffs, I don't expect them to win more than one game. The top power play in the NHL vs. one of the worst PK units. Not a good match up. Boston could have made it a fight against anybody else, but they just don't match up well with the Habs.
I hope Marc Savard plays tonight.

Well, I hope the hockey gods throw a wrench at
Montreal and the Bruins pull a shocker. I know it
may not be likely, but in all my years of coaching,
I've occasionally seen games and series that defy logic.
Even if the Bs lose, it's been fun watching them play
with more grit and passion this year.

Due to the lack of a Sens game tonight, I'll join you in that Go Habs Go!
Just imagine if both Sens and Habs pulled through to the final, the highway between here and Montreal would be full of fans every night!

The Sens need to show a little more effort than they did last night for that to happen....but it would be cool to see them beat the Pens though

Who are these other teams people are talking about? I only know about the best team in the NHL, the Penguins. Crosby, Malkin, LeTang, Hossa, DuPuis, Laraque (bruiser), Ole' Gary Roberts...do I need to go on?
The Senators? The only ones I know take my money and never give anything back. They live in Washington, though.
