I just got my re-printed tickets today. They called me last week in response to my BBB claim. They wanted me to wait until after June 1 st to see if the missing tickets arrived, but I told them I wanted them now, so they reprinted and sent them via DHL.
Just livin' my life like a song.......

Tickets purchased on LiveNation.com with the self-selected delivery method of US Postal Service were processed and mailed in early March. If you have not yet received your tickets, please contact a Live Nation ticketing representative at the number/email address below.

If you call the number 800-431-3462, have your order number ready, they will reprint the tickets and send them DHL at no charge. The girl was very friendly and said I should get my new tickets in 3-4 days. We'll see..

Just got off the phone again with Live Nation and they should be contacting all people who have not received their tickets this week. I was told they were going out Tomorrow of Thursday DHL. Also, they said that the ticket problem was on the end of Alpine. It appears that it was oversold and now they are having a problem of distributing tickets.
Hope that isn't the case just repoeating what I just heard on the phone.

Alpine is oversold every year for Buffett. Not the reserved seating though, as there are only so many seats to sell. But the lawn is a different story...they oversell the lawn big time.

I called on Saturday and received them today. They do say reprint on them. I am glad to finally have gotten them!

You can call on Saturday? Gee, that might be a better bet than trying to remember to do it during the week while I'm supposed to be working :D

I just got my tickets today. One thing is for sure, Live Nation has better customer service than Ticketmaster. They saw the problem then rectified it in a timely manner. They will for sure get more business from me in the future.

Don't forget that LiveNation only took the appropriate action once they were forced to do something. Before they were reported to the BBB and pressured by many, they were telling everyone they could just pick the tickets up at will call....that's all they ever intended to do.

Got my tickets yesterday via DHL.I think Live Nation handled this well,After relizing there was lot of people that hadn't received there tickets yet, they reprinted them instead of the normal will call pick up (I asume this is do to the amount of tickets that got lost)I really don't think it has anything to do with the BBB.Its still 2 months out to the concert and they fix the problem. What more you want ? Seems to me they know what there doing and have procedures in place for when things like this happen.
