That's great Johnson. For me losing was, I don't want to say easy, but it was definitely fun and exciting. I now know that maintaining is the hardest thing.....for me anyway.
I'm constantly going up and down but still staying close.
145 Paige!! Hubba Hubba!!! Awesome!

LOL Thanks, I had been doing the outlines a while back and there was a little change and hadn't thought about it in a while.

That's awesome!!! I wish I had appreciated it more when I was losing. But now that I've moved more into shaping my body I have a great appreciation for it. Today was the first time I really got to go swimming since last October.
If I exhaled before I went down I could sink to the bottom but I really wanted to do that with lungs full of air. Today I got to achieve another goal of being negatively buoyant. I could take a deep breath and just hang out around the bottom of the pool. I never thought I could do that. I never thought I would be able to do that. I'm anxious to get my scuba gear out and play with it, I'm not going to need any extra weight in my BC, and most likely I'll have to put some air in it.
If I had to stop losing weight right now and just maintain I would be happy with that.

The best thing to do is get a photobucket account and resize the photos to 800x600 or less and then put the IMG tags on the direct link.

To the people that are having great success, thank you for posting pics they are great motivation! Can you tell us how you did it? (you may have already, but I'm at work and don't have time to read through the 100+posts)

Hey, this is an awesome thread!!!!
For me it was eating healthier, and drinking water and that's about all I would drink. I've used a combination of workout programs from
http://www.teambeachbody.com 10 Minute Trainer and P90X. Next month I'm going to start Insanity. Anything else you would like to know, let me know.

Thanks! P90x seems to be pretty popular, I'm thinking I might try that.

Back is still in pretty good shape. I just can't do all the extra steps when I'm dead tired from sweating and working on landscaping. It feels like I am burning more calories chopping weeds out of the bed and remulching. It's a big project and I'm doing it in stages.
I still start each day with a two mile walk.
