Got a new paddleboard last weekend and paddled near the Sunshine Skyway on Sunday. Beautiful...just beautiful.
Was able to get to the Y 4 times this week. Good mix of cardio, weights and hoops. Might go again in the morning.
Still battling the mid section...but I'm still battling and that's what counts.
Keep up the good work all!!!
HAPPY WEEKEND!!!!
Keep battling, I've been just focusing on my problem areas, mid section, etc., and doing cardio like crazy.
Keep it up.
I just signed up for the 1/2 marathon here in K.C. I'll have my iPod on anyone friends with me on FB, click like and I'll hear the cheers during the run. It's a great booster.

Heading to Jamaica in July. Need to lose 20lbs. (No I don't eat donuts for all you ready with a "cop" joke)

I've lost 5 in 10 days, so I know it can be done.
My wife is a good cook.

No more home cooking.
Nice start, keep it up!!!

SA...what's your plan? Got plenty of time to get that weight off. Don't know your age...but it's a factor in how quickly it happens...at least that's thought / excuse.
Johnson, very cool app for your ipod. Not on Facebook...but you got my support!
Yeah...as far as that mid section...I'm thinking that I need to ratchet up the cardio to git it dun. Got to theY this morning... just a set on a few machines ...then 50 minutes of hi intensity Arc Trainer for the cardio.

I appreciate it!!! I have to have internet connection for it to work, I'm still debating on whether or not to carry my phone with me on the run so I can. I think it'll be a last minute decision.
I'm really trying to mix it up, get as much cardio and weight training as I can. Plus I'm doing push ups everyday. I can definitely feel a difference by doing that.

I was able to get to every day this week. A mess of cardio( ellipty, arc trainer, treadmill)...a little bit of lifting...a little bit of hoops.
Averaged an hour and 15 per day.
Gonna paddleboard a bit on Sunday...with plenty of 12oz curls mixed in through the weekend.

Great job, Jim!
I'm back at it...again. Working on losing 5 lbs. that I had gained since my birthday. After that, we'll see what I feel like I need to do. All in all I still feel great.
This week I worked out four days...we'll see if I can get my butt outta bed tomorrow morning before work to get in Day #5 but that may not happen.
Would love to hear updates from everyone who checks this thread.

With a late plane, I got 13,000 steps done at DFW Airport waiting for Sheree. I'm doing low impact aerobic dancing tonight.

Agreed, but I can't hate on anyone wanting those last five pounds, I used to think that was ridiculous.
I think they can say it better than I can...

I decided to reset my computer, completely, then I went in and put in all my Jimmy albums, and a bunch of live stuff. Then I put in all my workout music one song at a time. Over 500 songs, edited all the info about them, named all the albums with my classification.
I've been doing anything I can get my hands on, P90X, Insanity, need to get the new one, Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper, running through the mud in the heat and humidity.

Got to the Gym Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. Unfortunately, upon leaving the gym Thursday morning & arriving at work found my office had water throughout. Sump pump failure.

Nothing like the sadness the folks down south along the river have experienced, however a big enough nuisance for us to have to cart EVERYTHING out of the office & seek a different temporary location. Plus my computers may be fried. THAT will bite.
So my workouts of Thursday, Friday & today has been of the marching of boxes....and boxes.....and boxes........................and boxes of stuff out of offices, into vehicles & into new offices. WHIPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh no...not good, Ken.

Great job on still getting to the gym, though!

And I did get up early this morning to work out.

But only had time to do the elliptical for 25 minutes. But, it was something. Now I'm gonna go blow it by drinking some wine! Have a great night everyone!

Congratulations!!! That's a great feeling! I took 3 garbage bags full to charity and pitched just about as many, that weren't worth donating.
