It is! I've got a month to hit my next goal.

Nancy - I'm not surprised at the count. Lots of lots to explore at Frisco.

You can do it, Janice!!!

Way to go on purging the clothes.

I've got to get with a plan. I'm eating all wrong again to the tune of Sonic popcorn chicken and tater tots!!!!!

With fresh veggie season here, it ought to be better; and I must eat at home more...

You can't pass up Sonic tater tots.... they are the best. I love their strawberry banana shakes...

Starting on June 7th, I am going to be on the road a lot through September. Conference food is the worst.

During the recent remodeling of our house our scale had been hidden under a shelving unit and only yesterday was put back in it's usual place.

Last night I stepped on it only to discover I have lost another 5 pounds for a grand total of 45 pounds lost since I started walking more and exorcising portion control on my meals plus trying to choose better food.

:D :D :D :D

That's awesome...congrats! It sounds like what you've done is made a few simple, but effective, changes in your lifestyle and are seeing the results.

I'm doing ok...I go through phases. Right now I'm in a healthy phase...hoping to keep it up as long as I can. Trying to be good till I go on vacation on June 17th. That will be my first Buffett concert of the year and I want to make sure I can still fit into my old sharksuit.

Great job, have a great time at the concert!

Tomorrow is the race, picked up my packet. Drove the course last night, it doesn't look that bad. Some people say how brutal it is, but I've been running steeper hills on gravel. I'm not being arrogant, but I'm confident. My brother in law is panicking over the weather, this is my time of year!

In order to restart my weight loss and healthy living, I am participating in my town's "Biggest Loser" program. I think the team accountability will be good for me.

They really are a treat, Connie...although I KNOW there are better ways to eat on the road too! It's a good thing I plan on staying home for a good while.
