Ditto. Once I was waaaay left (stage right). Sight lines are fine but you don't want to be near the lawn.

And one little idiosyncrasy about Maui: most everyone sat for the whole show. And it seemed normal. Waaay more laid back than most shows.

Well I have tickets. Not sure where, but not lawn. Mitch at Jake's fan club says they will be in a great location, so I'm trusting to that. Tom and I are also signed up for Jake's party on the 27th.

I'm really getting excited.

Do you have any ideal of the time for the private party? Do you think it'll be a daytime r evening show?

He seems really nice. I don't think they have all the details ironed out yet for the party yet.

Well I registered on the Jake's fan site, but haven't joined his club yet. Between car repairs, school books and JB ticket I have spent around $1K today. 2/3 of that on my car ouch ouch ouch!!

I sent Mitch an email requesting sign up to the party.... BTW I used my BN screenname on the fan club site. (Hopefully that gets me closer to getting in the door for this event...)

Soooo.....Just reading through the last couple of pages......Is anybody going to Maui????? Suppose I should have told those calling in to stat on the line.....when Wifey poo was getting our tickets on Thursday, it took a little over 30 minutes for them to answer....I think theres only a couple of people in the office and ....well.....I think they were swamped.
In fact it was so bad that their computer system melted down and they couple only take your name and the number of tickets you wanted and then let you know later on what you got.....

Hope some of you were able to get through....

After all the crap we all went through trying to get Raleigh and/or Charlotte tickets, my friend Russell in Hawaii called me earlier and told me he drove to the venue about 45 minutes after the tickets went on sale (at the N.B.C. Arena), parked his car, walked up to the window, nobody in line, said hello to the lady behind the window, and 30 seconds later he was back in his car with two lawn tickets.

Out of curiosity I just tried ticketbastard for Shell ticket (Granted it IS 0200 central time)......I was able to pull up Section DD2 row 20 and I was able to pull up lawn tickets as well...........
Could be that everyone's asleep and the computers aren't overloaded.......

I also tried the NC show....and was imedieatly redirected to the Tickets now site....the flashed screen said that it was at the request of the promoter that they redirect to tickets now......... WOW....screw that........

Just for grins I tried to get tickets and couldn't. Just as well because I don't believe my employer would let me have a week off from work even if I could afford the trip. I was on travel for a week last month and will be gone on travel next week. They just remember that you're gone from the office, not WHY you're gone....

Waikiki Shell, second to last row, just like last time. That was the second best JB show I have ever seen, so it's true that all the seats are good!
