I really don't think that it will be a problem tailgating. If you drink out of plastic cups and don't walk around with bottles we should be alright. It was illegal for tailagting & BBQ'ing in 2006 at Jones Beach but everyone still was tailgating. I had my tiki bar set up & there were no problems.

By the way, my new portable Tiki bar is complete, with ring toss and Hillbilly Golf. It is much improved since 2006. It is now set-up in the backyard of Continental Drifter III & lilsalty. I can't wait to set it up at Jones Beach!! Thank God the Tiki Bar is Open!!!!

blue cups...yep - now my expectations for JB is Nautical Wheelers for ecnore and Jimmy drinking from a blue cup. Give us an inch - they take 10 miles.
