I'll try to get two tickets for my buddy and myself. It's one of those events that if you don't try to go, you'll kick yourself forever. Life is too short for that.

I held them for a few sweet moments then reality set in(read...hubby said no) and threw them back.......I'm not going to let this happen again......I may travel alone to the next one....

Holy Cow! We are so excited. We got four tickets. Our daughter just happens to be vacationing at our home this week so we are taking her to her first JB show. She is so blessed. She sees JB in NOLA on Thursday and then gets to see her favorite band, Radiohead, in Palm Beach on the following Monday. What a treat. Now we have to decide where to have dinner before the show. Maybe The Gumbo House. Its right around the corner from M'ville. And they have that great crunchy French bread...yum!

I'm kind of regretting not getting a ticket now...

I'm glad my boss is out today, because I'm literally wigglin' and gigglin' about this!!! Damn!! I think I just might be in shock, too!

After I called my wife to let her know we got tickets, she asked me to go read my horoscope. It says:

There will not be any food available, but we will be providing margaritas and Landshark beer for purchase.

Enjoy a silent auction featuring signature New Orleans items from 7pm-8pm.

Weather permitting, no refunds/exchanges, no re-entry. Must be 21 years of age. No outside beverages. No lawn furniture including single, collapsible chairs. No exceptions.

I can't tell ya how nice it is not having to worry about tix for shows...
