Anybody here done the Cata Maya Catamaran Snorkel trip?
As if the All-you-can drink at the resort isn't enough this snorkel trip of course offers..........you guessed it.............Unlimited Open Bar!!

Skip the snorkeling. Learn to dive before you go to PDC, catch the ferry across to Cozumel and do a dive or two.

I stayed at the Royal 2 years ago.....very NICE!!!!!

You may still have the option to go to the Mexican ala carte across the street and be sure you try it. Better than the one on site. Most amazing taco (nothing like ours) I have ever had. We went there twice in the week we stayed there.
PDC is one of my most fav places.

Please bring me back some of the pico de gallo that they serve...........had it on everything at all meals.......it is so good

Phriends, let me tell you. DO NOT GO TO "THE ROYAL PLAYA DEL CARMEN"!! They don't stock Corona!!
Had to settle for too many mixed drinks to remember, Sol & Dos Equis' Beer as well as your standard Bahama Mama's, Rum Runners & the like.

Snorkel & Lobster Lunch cruise turned into a "Try your best not to lose your lunch cruise"! Not able to snorkel due to rough & cloudy waters.

By the way, did I mention I had a GREAT TIME!!
Life was indeed a beach the rest of the time! A verrry good beach at that with excellent cabana-side waitstaff service! And not too crowded as most folks stuck to the pool.
Great meals (except for the late supper we had after being told it was time to close the 8 person jacuzzi...really a 20 person jacuzzi). Of our group of 8 NOBODY could really remember what we ate that night. We did remember the pre-meal tequila shot that we all did.

All 'n all just the kinda R&R I was looking for!
Next Big Party will be in the Lot at Pine Knob for JB & The CRB!!

Great to hear! I'd love to see pictures.... Hopefully I'll make it down there next year...

We rode in the same shuttle van so I saw her and knew who she was, and mentioned to her I had browsed Playa Info, but I didn't formally introduce myself to her.
