the ones I have seen .. and Iron chef.. you need to present well..

I have the Ideas.. I can make the taste..
but to make it pretty... not so much..
I would have to lure my Lil sis to help..

well, yes, presentation is part of it, but I'd think that could be easily learned...

and this month they're picking another Food Network Star, that's where Guy (Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives) came from.
