I did notice that my beloved Miller High Life has gone up to 14.49 for a 30 pack. Last year it was $13.49 at the same places. But I checked at Marc's and they have it for $13.09 for the same 30 pack..... I wonder what I could have saved last year??? At least now I am taking the emptys to the scrap yard for 75 cents a pound....

I've been doing homebrew for about the last decade. I will make 5 gallons of beer for under $10.00. The nice thing is it is the way I like my beer, tastes great, has a nice kick to it and it doesn't cost very much. So the big breweries can do whatever they like as long as I can get my hops and yeast, I'm good to go.

If the stupid government would stop giving useless subsidies to corn farmers for inefficient ethanol production....

Farmers in mexico are plowing up agave crops to grow corn too.....
