from mroc is a new weber grill. The kids will be cooking me their gift of a mothers day bbq linner.

I got a most awesome CD of love songs from my husband, hand-selected and recorded over many hours ... with a picture on the CD of the two of us from one of those photomat booths in Myrtle Beach from way back before we were married...
The songs go from Paul McCartney's Silly Love Songs, to John Lennon's Grow Old Along with Me (which we had sung at our wedding) to Billy Joel to the Eagles to Frank Sinatra ... I can't think of them all right now because I'm sleepy, but I'll post them later. Absolutely best thing to make me feel loved. I played it on my drive to visit my sweet, but memory-clouded mom.
I told him he's come a long way from my first Mother's Day 15 years ago, when he said, "What do you mean, 'What did I get you?' You're not my mom!"

I got a big hug from my son. 
He usually cooks me breakfast, but wasn't feeling well.
He did make me homemade 'crackers', with doctored sardines.
