we just put the bottles in the middle of suitcases with clothes on each side, rather than bubble wrap them
i bubble wrap and then plastic baggie it...just in case! and then i will use the bubble wrap to secure it for the trip home! Worked well the last 3 times i did it!

I was reading some old cruise forum posts about bottles broken in checked luggage on the way off the ship from purchases that were made... I guess there's always the chance of that happening. you can carry your purchased booze off the ship in a carryon bag...i have to fly home. back in Feb i had 6 bottles of booze all bubble wrapped in a bag padded with 3 beach towels and marked fragile by Continental and they made home fine!

For the polo tailgate tomorrow in Sarasota we have:
4 gallons of margaritas
2 gallons of dreamsicles
a gallon of mango daquiris
8 pounds of shrimp
3 pounds of cheese
2 "rolling bars"
then Tuesday night is Sunny Jims birthday party at Capt Curts
Thursday we cruise!!!
