As a Piston fan, I'd like to say Detroit will overcome Boston's homecourt advantage but I'm not gonna play homer on this one.
K.G. & company will prevail.

4) The NBA wants a Celtics Lakers final....and NBA games are for the most part fixed. Case in point, last night the refs did everything they could to hand that game to the Celtics, at one point the Celtics had something like 30-9 free throw advantage. The problem was they couldn't hit a field goal.z-man wrote:I'm going with the Celtics for three reasons:

2) Billups' leg is still not right
3) the stinkin' Pistons have knocked out the Magic the last two years
The title of the thread originally said "Who cares?" It's since been changed. I was going to vote for the "who cares" option but it wasn't there.BottleofRum wrote:Maybe it is me, but when I see a title of a thread that I have no interest in I just move along and don't open it, I guess I never thought of opening it to troll. The thread asked a question. I was going to answer it. I didn't realize there were rules about who can and can't answer questions here, I guess I didn't get the memo.drunkpirate66 wrote:LIPH wrote:If you're asking who cares shouldn't that be one of the options in the poll? why bother?
I never stalked anyone. Well, maybe Heather but I told her I was harmless and she must have believed me because we still keep in touch.buffettbride wrote:Wow. This thread was in trouble far before I arrived. I thought I was being clever and jaded, but HOG beat me to it.
Larry has had his picture taken with MEEEEEEE sans stalking.![]()
oh. then I apologize. think I will meander on down to one of the Chesney threads now and question their interest. any exciting homeruns last night? (LIPH wrote:The thread asked a question. Eye-witness to it many times, it is a sad sightLIPH wrote:The title of the thread originally said "Who cares?" It's since been changed. Just curious, since you rarely post in any threads except for the concerts you're going to or sports-related threads and if you don't open threads you have no interest in, how do you see my pictures?
It is painful to watch sometimes. The game has no flow. And with the betting scandal last season and a ref admitted he and other refs, coaches and players were involved it is hard to watch and not think that every close call was made for another "financial" reason.buffettbride wrote:People actually care about the NBA?

I did watch the last 15 minutes of the Celtics game. It was quite bad. I miss Marty Conlon.
