I have a whole recipe book on layering shots.......you always manage to get drunk b4 you get the layers right.....try a Mexican Flag....it's almost impossible.

Hey Jack- while your paying attention, last night I made a caipirinha with cachaca and I DIDN'T LIKE IT! You had made a comment about how it's difficult to get just right. This is what I did. One whole lime cut up and muddled with 2 T sugar added ice and about 8 oz. cachaca. Any ideas what I did wrong? Or maybe I just don't like cachaca.....

Black and tan spoons work perfect for layering with beer. but layering shot is really easy. just keep a finger over the carb on the pour spout and you can control the flow better and pout down the die of the shot glass to layer the shots.
