I can't seem to get rid of the Red Stripe that's been out in the garage for the past 2 months. You need to come back to Texas. :D 8)

I tried Leinenkugel's Shandy tonight. It really was a good fit with the day I've been having: coming off a long and VERY busy work week, I had one chance (today ) to mow the lawn. Damn thing wouldn't start. Took it to the repair place outside of town and picked up a rental. Spent the better part of five hours trying to get a workable mower and then mowing my patch of weeds. I figgered a lemon shandy would hit the spot. And it did, to an extent. I got a little bit of "lemon cough drop"aftertaste from the first two bottles. Since then it has all been good.

If at first you don't like yer beer: try, try again.

Thanks for the recommendation. I bought this last night and love it. I"m not a big beer drinker. But this is so refreshing. I can't wait for the weekend when it will be hot and I can sit on the deck with one.
