Hey Y'all 
I'm pleased to announce that Bankie's summer tour is locked and ready to hit the road. This year Bankie is bringing his band The Root & Herbs along for the ride and we think its gonna be something special.
The tour kicks off in Austin, Texas on July 30th and we'll make stops in Houston and San Antonio. We head to the East Coast a week later and have a full schedule of shows for the next 4 weeks.
We really need your support to make this tour one to remember. Come out and bring a friend or 5 and lets rock across America.

2 shows in NYC - The Canal Room (where he played last summer) and BB Kings.
edit: Bankie's schedule says The Canal Room is August 20, The Canal Room's website says August 28, the day after Buffett's Jones Beach show. hmmm

I'm going to have to figure out whether Charlottesville or Bucks County PA is closest for me. I first saw Bankie back on the way too short lived Fox series "KEY WEST". Cool that he's touring.

If anybody is going to be in the NYC area August 13, you should try to go to the show at BB Kings. I stopped at the box office yesterday afternoon, tickets were $2.01 and $2 of that is service charges.

Bankie Banx and The Roots & Herbs on Margaritaville Radio
After a great show at BB King's on Wednesday night Anguilla's own Bankie Banx and The Roots & Herbs will perform a live show on Radio Margaritaville on Thursday. Radio Margaritaville is part of the Sirius Radio Network. The show will get started at noon and run until 2.

Great show by Bankie Banx last night in Montauk. Nice scene and awesome setting.
