I rarely eat leftovers ..... I am pretty wasteful - I just dont like them that much!

I agree with cold meatloaf and scalloped potatoes.

My grandma used to always make a rice pudding with leftover white rice. She added egg, raisins, maybe nutmeg or cinnamon. Always good for leftovers.

Another thing I always enjoyed was leftover turkey in King Ranch casserole.

And a big old left over ham bone cooked in a pot of beans.

Yep, cold pizza is a good breakfast. :) :)

I don't like anything leftover cold that was once hot. :-? [smilie=puking.gif] (yes, I know I'm in the minority). ;)

But I do like stews, lasagna, and E's chili more the next day the day it was cooked. :D But heated back up.
