Something stupid I did today

I went to Starbucks, my evil addiction. They have a new line of smoothies that are pretty healthy and after trying a sample I ordered one. I walk out to my car, that had the top down. When I went to put my drink in the holder I realize the holder is full with empty cups. I set the Starbucks on the seat, take out the empties, look all over the car and gather any trash which I throw out. Then I go back to the car, get in and sit down, forgetting about the drink. This banana cocoa, espresso smoothie explodes all over my car. It went into places I didn't know existed, all over my clothes. A big giant mess, and I had an audience. My car now has a lovely banana chocolate smell and probably soon sour milk. I'm glad I had leather seats which made it better. The local detailing shop has no openings until Thurs.

You're supposed to put the drink down on top of the car, then forget about it and drive away.

Yes...but her car was topless today...first time that I've heard of "topless" as causing a problem...

Mmmmmm...Starbucks.
Blech...any liquids on the seats, especially milk based.
I won't tell you how long it took to get the sour milk smell out of my wife's car after a similar incident.

Ah. I missed the topless part. Usually I can spot that right away.
Get yourself a cat and have it lick the seats?

that may be something stupid, but that would not even be in my top five of what I have done today.

You can take baking powder, sprinkle it on the affected area, spray water on it and let it sit for a day. Then vacuum it up. That helps with the smell. We had a gallon of milk spill in the back of the minivan a while back and it helped.

There's a Starbucks here in my hick town.
It's funny going in there seeing the sweaty rednecks in line with their cutoffs and workboots on and shirts hanging out the back pocket

now I know a chimp is not really a monkey, but you try finding pictures of monkeys with boobies!
