Vegas Party Bus Thursday 10/16/08

From piratenurse:

Anyone interested in pitching in for a party bus for a couple of hours prior, to tour the strip and start the festivities? I always wanted to do that, i.e. Margaritaville Express. They range in capacity from around 16 to 30, and it looks like at max capacity it would cost each person around $10 per hour plus BYOB. They all have CD and DVD players, many with satellite radio, so we could ensure the appropriate musical accompaniment. If there is enough interest, I would be glad to set it up. I'll see what response comes up here; if there is enough, we can start making arrangements via pm.

If you are interested please pm piratnurse so she can get a head count and figure out the price per person!!!

Well, we have 6 yes votes. Since I have 3 in my party, that is at least 10. Halfway home. Come on, it'll be phun! I'll even find a bus with a dance pole! Hey girls, noticed I stopped short of saying stripper pole. Sorry guys, we probably won't have that much phun!

And to clarify, we're hoping to do this prior to the M'ville Meet & Greet scheduled for 9:30pm. Looking for pholks that don't have show plans Thursday, probably around 7-9pm.

No problem with this as I'm planning on getting in early afternoon at the latest (1:00 ish or so....)

I'm NOT dealing with the Friday airport headache ever again!!!! And if I get there early enough I'll have a little time to rest before the parties begin

We're not getting in until Friday......we're thinking about going the reserved limo route.....with five of us, it makes more sense than a cab....and cooler, too.
