Did I Hear That Right Last Night?

Post by Bfan53 »

While listening to the Pittsburgh show on RM last night did anyone else notice that JB got a bit confused on the lyrics from Come Monday?????? :o

I've listened to a ton of Buffett concerts (on RM and live) over the years and know that JB has his occasional "senior moments" when it comes to song lyrics, but never have I personally heard any such miscues on this particular song before......

Nevertheless, I thought Jimmy seemed to really be into last night's show and had great comments throughout the whole concert...... [smilie=coolup.gif]

Yeah I bought one of those thinking it was budweisers version of the lime beer.  It said lime and salt on it. Anyhow I wasn't in the mood for a bloody mary with beer, so most of it went down the drain, and I love bloddy marys too!

You know how it is, you're singing along with Jimmy, and suddenly.......JB's words don't match the song lyrics quite right..... :o

I honestly can't remember the exact "flubs", but just chuckled that he forgot the lyrics to his first chart hit..... :pirate: :D

Pssst, don't mention that to InBev........ :o

Last night on the "The Daily Show" comedian Louis Black (who is a favorite of mine) went into one of his tirades about A-B being bought by....."a Belgian company! Good Lord, A-B will be owned by a bunch of waffle makers!!!!!!" :o  :pirate: (With apologies to Belgian BNers everywhere.....)
